Apotek Hjärtats ambition is to give every customer better health and well-being through more personalized service, a wider range of products and expanded services. Apotek Hjärtat has pharmacies throughout Sweden - in big cities, in rural areas and in sparsely populated areas, all over the country.
As a UI- and Visual Designer I was a part of a design team of five, located in the Customer Experience team. We were responsible for the customer journey on ecom-platforms, the usability and the visual look and feel.
My work included both short and long term projects, iterating on excisting components and solutions or creating new type of products within the customer journey. I iterated, expanded and reworked parts of the design system in Figma, making it a key part of our daily work. Larger work was reworking the entire icon library, creating a dark mode and making sure everything was accessible to newest WCAG standards and regulations as I was responsible for accessability issues.
